Every booking comes with a Personal Event Specialist, who is available to you throughout the planning process. She’ll touch bases with you as often as needed along the way and make sure your SoHo bartender(s) and/or server(s) are fully briefed on your specific details, directions, and vision for your event.

Our goal is to make absolutely certain the Southern Hospitality Professional Bartenders & Servers provide the exact service you expect. And should you have any questions we haven’t already addressed, your event specialist is always just a phone call or email away.

On the day of your event, Southern Hospitality staff members will arrive on time, professionally dressed, and ready to work. Our services include the following:
  • Pre-party set up, if requested
  • Setting up and serving hors d’oeuvres, dinner, and desserts, according to your specific directions and timeline.
  • Replenishing hors d’oeuvres and dinner foods as needed
  • Washing dishes, including pots, pans, and serving dishes
  • Clearing away any messes, dirty dishes, and glasses throughout the party
  • Taking care of all trash during the party
  • Packing up any leftovers according to your specific directions
  • Cleaning up after the party, if time allows
  • Making and Serving drinks
  • Set up and cleanup of the bar area, as needed

Southern Hospitality Professional Bartenders & Servers professional, uniformed bartenders are experts in providing exceptional customer service with their specialty drinks and balanced cocktails, as well as being thoroughly trained in liquor responsibility and liability laws.
